Returns a trimmed string with the first letter of each word capitalized, ignoring articles, coordinating conjunctions, and short propositions: `a`, `an`, `the`, `at`, `by`, `for`, `in`, `of`, `on`, `to`, `up`, `and`, `as`, `but`, `or`, and `nor`.
